Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

Pumpkin-1/2 cup

Chopped Onion-1/4 cup

Chopped Garlic-1/4 tsp

Oil/Butter-1/2 tsp

Salt-As per taste

Black pepper-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. In a hot pot add oil/butter.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic and saute until color changes to light brown
  3. Boil the pumpkin in pressure cooker for 5 whistle
  4. Blend pumpkin and saute onion and garlic
  5. Boil the above in vegetable stock.
  6. Add salt and black pepper
  7. Garnish with coriander and fresh cream.
